They measure 29.875 (29 7/8)” long by 2.125 (2 1/8)” by 5/16” thick. Measurements are in inches.

I looked for years to find these parts for my West Elm bed so when I finally found them, I bought extra. But I don’t need them anymore so these few left are available. Fix that sagging bed!
